What is IowAbility Fair?
IowAbility Fair offers a unique experience for individuals and families affected by spinal cord injury, spina bifida, mobility impairments, and all wheelchair users. Participants can enjoy indoor and outdoor adaptive sports and recreation activities, explore product and service vendors, network and build relationships, and join the Walk-N-Roll fundraiser. The objective of this FREE event is to bring individuals with limited mobility together to learn, connect, try new things, and have fun! This great event is held at the beautiful Easterseals Iowa campus in Des Moines.

All Sponsors/Vendors will be supplied with
- Tent, table, and chairs
- Wireless internet connection
- Breakfast and lunch
You will not receive Sponsor Benefits until we receive payment.
NEW THIS YEAR: Deposit Required for Vendors
To ensure vendors attend event without cancelling and reduce last minute changes we’ve been experiencing; we are now requiring a $50 Deposit. This is $50 in addition to the amount listed above for your chosen sponsorship level. You will receive your $50 Deposit back when you attend the event on October 6, 2024.
If you need to cancel your attendance for the event, you can cancel before September 13, 2024 and still get back your $50 Deposit. If you cancel your attendance after September 13, 2024, you will not receive your $50 deposit.
Nonprofit Organizations and Business Owners with a Disability* can attend as a Vendor at NO COST. However, you still need to complete the Sponsor/Vendor form to reserve a spot and pay the $50 Deposit. The cancellation dates above apply to you as well.
*This means if you have a home business, sell handmade crafts, etc and have a disability, you can be a Vendor at IowAbility Fair for FREE.
